Description

ECI is looking for an Intern – Technical Support to join Global Service Center Tier-2 India Department.

***The position is located in Mumbai

Responsibilities

  • This role is a largely customer-facing technical support
  • This role demands you to work in shifts and sometimes in flexible timings as per customer requirements
  • You may have to travel abroad ( for short duration) to customer premises for onsite implementation of ECI products
  • Respond to Technical Queries / Service requests ( SR) from ECI Customers
  • Perform Lab simulation as per guidelines from team leader
  • Ensure all support coming in on emails, phones and conversations is logged in the Eservices (SR Portal)
  • Visiting customer premises for Installation, Commissioning of ECI product

   

Requirements

  • B.E. / B. tech in Electronics or Electronics and telecommunication
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge on Solaris-Unix and/or CCNA  will be an added advantage
